Shipping Methods
- Free Shipping: All orders include free standard shipping. No minimum purchase required.
- Express Shipping: For faster delivery, paid express shipping is available. This option applies only to orders within the contiguous 48 US states, Canada, the UK, and Australia.
Returns & Exchanges
- We offer a 30‑day free returns and exchanges service (optional – can be purchased). If this service is not selected, standard handling fees or return label fees may apply. Customers outside the US and Canada are responsible for return shipping costs. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information on how to initiate a return or exchange.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout based on the shipping method and destination. Please note these are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
We strive to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit time depends on the chosen shipping method and carrier. Tracking may not be available for some international orders.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non‑delivery caused by an incorrect address.
We do not issue refunds for orders with an incorrect address. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Items
If an item is lost or stolen during delivery or transit (which is extremely rare), the carrier will conduct an investigation. Once the package is marked as delivered to your address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Carriers have access to the latest tracking information and can better assist with any shipping inquiries or issues.
Customs & Duties
For international orders outside the US and Canada, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or special clearance requirements. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
